Get your TSI Score
Evidence that your agents are ready for real work.
The TSI Score is an independent assessment against global standards and the TSI Trust Stack. It gives a structured view of your agent’s readiness, assurance posture, and priority improvements, so it can take on meaningful work with confidence. Every assessment maps to a TSI rating from A1 to A5.

A score built for production, not a lab demo.
TSI evaluates the controls that determine whether an autonomous system can be understood, governed, and held accountable in the conditions it will actually face.

The process
From captured data to an issued Trust Tag.
Step 01
Capture data
Collect the agent’s inputs, actions, decisions, and context as it operates.
Step 02
Store evidence
Keep a secure, time-stamped record that reviewers can return to.
Step 03
Map to standards
Link each piece of evidence to global standards and the TSI Trust Stack.
Step 04
Define tests
Set the checks each control must pass for the agent’s intended use.
Step 05
Continuously evaluate
Run the tests as the agent operates, not just once before launch.
Step 06
Create independently verifiable evidence
Produce results a third party can check without relying on your word.
Step 07
Issue Trust Tag
Where qualification requirements are met, the agent receives its TSI Trust Tag.
TSI Trust Tags
Five levels, from foundational to trusted at scale.
The TSI rating turns a detailed assessment into a signal every stakeholder can read, and a clear next step for every team.
- A1Foundational
Early-stage controls are defined; further assurance is needed before meaningful autonomy.
- A2Developing
Core controls are emerging and readiness is improving.
- A3Assured
The agent demonstrates a credible trust and governance baseline for its intended context.
- A4Advanced
Strong, repeatable controls with clear evidence, oversight, and operational maturity.
- A5Trusted at Scale
Leading assurance posture for high-confidence deployment, continuous learning, and ecosystem accountability.
TSI Trust Tag
A simple, credible signal of trustworthy deployment.
The Trust Tag gives enterprises, buyers, partners, and end users a clear signal that an AI agent has been independently assessed against global standards and the TSI Trust Stack.
TSI Trust TagExample for illustration. Final Trust Tag design and use are set by TSI programme requirements.
The TSI Trust Tag helps organizations communicate that an AI agent has been independently assessed for trustworthy deployment.
Why a Trust Tag matters
- Makes agent readiness easier to understand across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Creates a common language for procurement, governance, risk, and executive teams
- Signals a commitment to transparent, responsible deployment
- Gives solution providers a clearer path to demonstrate assurance
A completed assessment can lead to the appropriate TSI rating and, where qualification requirements are met, TSI certification and use of the TSI Trust Tag. Ratings, certification, and Trust Tag use are subject to TSI’s final methodology, assessment evidence, and programme requirements. TSI assessment complements, and does not replace, legal, regulatory, or sector-specific certification requirements.
Global standards alignment
Not another proprietary badge.
The TSI Score translates established global standards, frameworks, and trust-and-safety practice into an agent-specific readiness assessment. The result helps technical, risk, legal, and executive teams see the same operating reality.
